Give a big hand - or perhaps foot! - to the residents of Llanidloes, Powys, for their sponsored walk on May 7th.

Despite the rain, they marched an impressive 10 miles, braving the cold to raise money for the Noah's Ark Appeal. Chairman Lyn Jones, who saw them off, said, "Llanidloes does so much for the Appeal, they're a tremendous group of people and we couldn't do it without them."

The Llanidloes Noah's Ark Appeal Committee, headed by Les Jones, has raised over £70,000 for the Appeal to date.
