A brilliant Bollywood extravaganza has raised £5000 for the Noah's Ark Appeal!

A huge team of dedicated local fundraisers in Cardiff, put together the luxury banqueting event, which included a raffle of 30 fantastic gifts donated by companies around Cardiff.

The hard-working team comprised of Dr Arun, Mrs Biji Arun, Niba Biju, Mrs Bindu Cardoza, Mrs Maxine Joseph, Indu Nair, Nrithya Rammohan, Mrs Shiba Sethi, Leena Menon, Rekha Jay, and Dr Raman Sakhuja.

Bindu said of the event: "We all live in Cardiff and we love it here; we just wanted to give something back to the community. I want to say a huge thank to everyone who was involved - this was a tremendous combined effort and everyone did an amazing job!"

Local Indian DJ Harri Singh provided music for the evening, and got everyone, even Noah's Ark Appeal trustee Bev Thomas (pictured 4th from left), dancing!
