Flower Power

It seems that spring has already sprung for residents of one Cardiff street.  Blaen y Coed, in the Rhiwbina area of the city, has triumphed for the third time in a row in the Best Kept Street category of the Cardiff in Bloom campaign.  The residents have donated their £250 winnings to the Noah’s Ark Appeal.
