The Somethings Christmas CD

South Wales indie band, The Somethings, has released a Christmas CD in support of the new Children's Hospital for Wales. All proceeds from sales of 'Christmas Dream' will be given to the Noah's Ark Appeal. The single, which also features children from several schools in Swansea, is available from Spillers in Cardiff and MusiQuarium in Swansea.

The Somethings were formed in 1999 and had a twelve week run in 2001 at Number 1 on the European music download site peoplesound.com with their recording of All Under the Sun. The band has been described as "rip-roaring, unashamedly indie-rock with a wide grin on its face, two quality voices of each sex in perfect harmony and a slick guitar backing."

"This must have been a lot of fun", said Suzanne Mainwaring, Director of the Noah's Ark Appeal. "We are very grateful for this contribution from the band as we redouble our efforts to raise the £1.5 million needed to provide state of the art equipment for the new hospital."
